Terms of Service

Kari Research supplies survey sample and panel services, including feasibility assessment, quota planning, recruitment, fieldwork routing, quality control, and data delivery, as described in the applicable statement of work or proposal.

Feasibility reports are estimates, not guarantees of final quotas. Delivery terms, including target countries, sample sizes, screening criteria, timelines, and pricing, are confirmed in the written agreement for each project.

• Quota estimates are based on current panel inventory at the time of feasibility.
• Live quotas are tracked and communicated through agreed reporting channels.
• Changes to targeting or timeline may affect delivery and pricing.

Every response passes the Kari Research data purity shield: AI-driven synthetic respondent detection, device and IP intelligence, real-time behavioral integrity checks, and executive identity verification where applicable.

Completes that fail the quality gates are filtered out before delivery and are not billed. If a delivered dataset fails the documented quality criteria through our error, we will re-field or credit the affected completes at our option.

Client-provided materials and survey content remain the client’s property. Survey responses delivered to the client are licensed for the client’s research use. Kari Research retains ownership of its platform, panels, proprietary models, and technology, and may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve quality systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kari Research’s aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.

The zero-garbage guarantee does not apply where data quality failures result from client-provided survey defects, unrealistic targeting, or client-side processing errors.

Panelists agree to provide truthful responses, to complete surveys without automation, scripts, or multiple accounts, and to comply with each survey’s instructions. Violations may result in exclusion from the panel, suspension of incentives, and removal of fraudulent responses from client datasets.
